At a Glance
Chris is a litigator in the Financial Services Industry practice group.  He has broad experience litigating and successfully resolving disputes involving financial institutions and other businesses, including complex commercial cases and class actions in both state and federal court.  In recent years, Chris has focused on representing banks, investment advisors, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions in cases arising out of alleged breach of contract, allegations of fraud, claims of unfair competition and trade secrets violations, and other complex securities litigation and arbitration.
