- Represents national retail tenants and landlords in leasing matters (shopping centers, office, and mixed-use developments/lifestyle centers) including negotiating, reviewing, and drafting leases.
- Counsels schools on contractual issues, leasing, and real estate matters.
- Former in-house counsel with Cinergy Corp. (now Duke Energy) representing Cinergy Solutions, Inc., a de-regulated subsidiary, in transactional and operational matters involving energy services agreements, construction, and operation and maintenance agreements.
