Beth focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and business law, and real estate law. She represents national and regional buyers and sellers in the acquisition, sale, development, and lease up of shopping centers, office, industrial, and mixed-use developments. She also represents buyers and sellers in diverse commercial real estate transactions, including properties with unique challenges such as environmental contamination. Beth advises a variety of corporate and business clients on corporate governance, general business, owner relations, and contractual matters.

  • Represents national retail tenants and landlords in leasing matters (shopping centers, office, and mixed-use developments/lifestyle centers) including negotiating, reviewing, and drafting leases.
  • Counsels schools on contractual issues, leasing, and real estate matters.
  • Former in-house counsel with Cinergy Corp. (now Duke Energy) representing Cinergy Solutions, Inc., a de-regulated subsidiary, in transactional and operational matters involving energy services agreements, construction, and operation and maintenance agreements. 
  • Former educator (full-time substitute teacher – temporary certification in English and Social Studies at the secondary level).
