With more than 30 years of experience, Chuck offers solid expertise in intellectual property, Internet law and business law matters. He has served as IP counsel for two law firms and a Fortune 500 corporation, specializing in patent, trademark, copyright and licensing. He was also subsidiary general counsel, information technology counsel, trademark/copyright counsel and chief regulatory affairs counsel for a leading manufacturer of chemicals and equipment. He is particularly knowledgeable in drafting and negotiating cost-effective agreements.
