With over 15 years experience in the field, Corine focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation law. She counsels clients in developing and implementing qualified retirement plans, assisting them with plans that include compliance testing, recordkeeping, reporting and disclosure, and taxation. She assists clients in developing and maintaining welfare and fringe benefit plans. She also works with clients in developing and maintaining non-qualified deferred compensation plans, incentive programs and stock plans. Corine holds both national and local positions with WEB, Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.
