At a Glance Product liability defense, drug and medical device defense, and environmental litigation are Tiffany’s areas of concentration. She handles complex civil, commercial, environmental, and other types of mass tort litigation at both the state and federal level. She has experience with class actions and multidistrict litigation. She has experience with all aspects of complex litigation, including removal, fact and expert discovery and deposition, motion practice, and trial preparation. She also has experience in resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
