Yelena concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation.  She represents publically traded companies and private small businesses in state and federal jurisdictions nationally. She  is experienced in resolving disputes involving intellectual property, breach of contract,  breach of fiduciary duty, general tort, real estate, products liability, insurance, construction, employment, employee benefits, securities, probate and elections matters.
