Todd represents debtors, financial institutions, landlords, utilities, and other parties in restructuring matters.

Prior to joining Ulmer & Berne, Todd worked in the corporate restructuring group of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Delaware. Todd also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath, then chief judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  In addition, before Todd became an attorney, he worked for over a decade at The Plain Dealer as a certified public accountant.
