CLEVELAND (September 17, 2007) — Ulmer & Berne LLP has announced the addition of David J. Lindner as an associate in its Real Estate Group.
Recognized in Ohio Super Lawyers – Rising Star for 2006 and 2007, Mr. Lindner’s practice includes representing owners, developers, contractors and condominium associations in various aspects of commercial and residential real estate. “David has a strong background in real estate acquisition, construction, property taxation, zoning and condominium law,” said Bill J. Gagliano, chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Group. “We look forward to utilizing his expertise.”
Mr. Lindner has co-authored several articles for Properties Magazine and has presented to various audiences regarding condominium formation and development, real estate contracts and planned communities in Ohio. He serves on the board of the Heights Parent Center. Prior to joining Ulmer & Berne, Mr. Lindner was an associate at Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP. Mr. Lindner is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Cleveland Bar Associations. He earned both his J.D. and B.A. (magna cum laude) from The Ohio State University where he was on the managing board of the Law Review.
