Michael N. Ungar Speaks at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania’s annual Securities Industry Institute®

CLEVELAND (March 11, 2008) — Michael N. Ungar, Chair of Ulmer & Berne LLP’s Litigation Department and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee, will be speaking at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania’s annual Securities Industry Institute® on March 12, 2008.

Mr. Ungar will be making a presentation on securities arbitration.  The program will provide an insider’s view of the arbitration process from opening statements to conclusion.  This is the fourth year in a row that he has been invited to speak at this Wharton School conference.

Mr. Ungar was recently recognized for the second year in a row by his peers as one of the Top 10 attorneys in Ohio by Law & Politics and Cincinnati magazines.  He serves on the Firm’s Management Committee and chairs the Litigation Department at Ulmer & Berne.  His national business litigation practice encompasses a broad range of general business disputes, with a focus on banking, securities, and broker-dealer matters, class actions and other types of complex litigation, including defense of shareholder and derivative claims, trade secrets/unfair competition, SEC, NASD and NYSE investigations and professional liability.  Mr. Ungar also frequently serves as a mediator and arbitrator in business disputes.  He received his J.D. and B.A. from Boston University.
