She serves as in-house counsel to corporate clients wherein she handles and counsels them on trademark, domain name and licensing agreement matters. She also counsels clients in trademark prosecution matters and is experienced in trademark docket management. Elizabeth handles the preparation of USPTO office action responses and related matters.
