His private-sector projects include chemical plants, newspaper production facilities, industrial plants, hospital and multi-family buildings. Tom’s practice involves large public projects, including rail transportation, airport garages, schools, jails, courthouses, bridges and retaining walls. He also regularly represents businesses and individuals in injunction proceedings arising out of the misappropriation of trade secrets and violations of non-competes.
