Doug is Chair of the Employment Committee. His practice focuses on commercial, general corporate, business and finance law representing financial institutions and borrowers in various types of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, asset-based loans and syndicated financings. Doug also advises creditors and debtors in pre-bankruptcy restructuring and workouts. In addition, he assists clients on a wide variety of general commercial and business law matters such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital transactions, supply and distributions agreements and joint ventures.
