  • Represents major financial institutions and other creditors with loan workouts, forbearance arrangements, debtor-in-possession financing and related creditors rights.
  • Has over 23 years experience assisting entrepreneurs to grow their emerging and middle-market businesses, structuring and negotiating mergers & acquisitions, completing management buyouts, negotiating public and private financing, and recapitalizations.
  • Advises many closely held businesses on transactional and general corporate matters, financing issues, strategic planning, crises management, majority/minority shareholder relations, venture capital investments, and succession planning.
