Suzann focuses her practice on intellectual property, corporate law, emerging business and technology transfers. She counsels clients in technology transactions, such as licensing and web development agreements. She advises on compliance with U.S. and international rules relating to online privacy and information collection practices. She handles preparation of USPTO and U.S. Copyright Office registration, responses and related matters. Suzann also assists start-ups in selecting the proper choice of entity and handles the stages of formation.
