Since joining the firm in 1977, Chris has represented domestic and foreign businesses in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, financings and commercial transactions. He has served as general counsel, secretary and advisor to both public and privately owned companies. He chairs the international law practice at Ulmer & Berne, and he is the international chairman of Lawyers Associated Worldwide, an association of approximately 100 independent law firms, located around the world, representing a global resource of over 3,000 individual lawyers.
