  • Has administered and defended numerous asbestos and silica claims on behalf of approximately forty clients in both Federal and State Courts for over 15 years.
  • Serves as National Counsel for many asbestos and silica clients.

Workers’ Compensation/Employment Defense

  • Has handled for over twenty years all areas of workers’ compensation defense including administrative hearings, appeals to Court, permanent partial disability claims, and VSSR claims, as well as employment intentional tort claims.

Construction 

  • Has over twenty years of construction litigation experience.
  • Has represented numerous parties including owners, architects, general and sub-contractors, and  structural engineers in construction-related disputes involving roofs, masonry, interior walls, engineering/architectural design, geotechnical, and delay issues.

Commercial/Business

  • Has over twenty years of experience in major business litigation matters including breach of contract lawsuits, alleged fraudulent sale claims, etc.

Bodily Injury

  • Has over twenty years of experience in handling bodily injury claims for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mediation

  • Has successfully mediated numerous business, real estate and construction-related disputes for third parties after being appointed by Court and/or requested by counsel.
