General corporate representation and transaction counsel for a leading designer and manufacturer of small arms and weapons systems, including the company’s reorganization and recapitalization as well as representation as borrower’s counsel in financing transactions totaling over $230 million.

Transaction counsel for quasi-public governmental agency in connection with debt and equity financings made to start-up and technology focused businesses.

Transaction counsel in workout of troubled portfolio of alarm companies culminating in a series of secured party sale transactions totaling more than $40 million.
