Karen practices extensively in the labor and employment areas, including handling arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges before the State Employment Relations Board.  Karen also represents clients in general civil litigation matters and is involved in complex product liability litigation with a concentration on the defense of pharmaceutical companies.
