  • Represents owners, builders and contractors in real estate contract disputes and negotiation, and claims and suits involving defective work, mechanics liens, mold and consumer law claims.
  • Represents national car and truck rental companies throughout Ohio.
  • Has represented accountants, appraisers, attorneys, real estate and insurance agents, and home inspectors in professional liability claims.
  • Extensive experience defending manufacturers and suppliers in product liability claims involving consumer, automotive and industrial products.
  • Served as National Counsel for the product liability insurer of Firestone in connection with the ATX and Wilderness AT Tire recall and litigation.
  • Lead counsel in complex litigation involving large property damage, significant bodily injury and death.
  • Extensive trial experience in insurance coverage and bad faith claims.
