Michael’s practice concentrates on commercial real estate and business law.  His representation regularly includes real estate leasing, development, acquisitions and lending as well as assisting businesses with shareholder relations, corporate governance, and contract negotiation.  Michael primarily represents buyers, sellers, developers and lenders in real estate sales and acquisitions; landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions; business owners buying and selling assets; and individuals with estate planning needs.
