Stan represents a variety of corporate and other entities in formation, general business and commercial matters representing both large and small clients. He has been involved in the negotiation and documentation of the sale and purchase of businesses through both asset purchase and stock purchase agreements.  He has experience in intellectual property matters and transactions, international law issues, real estate acquisitions and sales, and lending and finance transactions.  Stan also has formal mathematics training in a number of software-related areas including queuing theory, optimization techniques, circuit and graph theory, algorithmic and statistical data analysis methods, and search and network algorithms.
