Brian's areas of concentration are federal, state and local taxation, corporate law, partnerships and real estate.  He represents businesses, non-profit organizations and local governments in various tax matters including tax planning, tax controversies, and litigation.  Brian is experienced in business acquisitions and dispositions, formation of new business entities, state and federal tax credit transactions, Section 1031 exchanges and real estate transfers.
