Brad’s focus is on commercial transactions and real estate and related transactions. With significant experience negotiating and drafting purchase, sale, financing, leasing and construction agreements, he advises domestic and international companies on commercial, industrial and residential property development and general business issues. Brad presently, and in the past, has served as general counsel and national leasing counsel to several internationally based companies. Brad is also active in civic and internationally focused organizations.
Brad is an active member of the Illinois Bar and maintains an office in both the firm’s Cincinnati and Chicago offices.
