  • Won dismissal of a putative multi-state class action seeking in excess of $100 million in damages for large multinational corporation.
  • Defeated class certification attempt in putative nationwide class action brought by prominent class action plaintiffs' firm against a large publicly-traded company.
  • Obtained dismissal of putative nationwide class action seeking nearly $1 billion in damages after prevailing on a critical procedural motion.
  • Won a week long bench trial in a non-compete and trade secrets case.
  • Currently representing a large national bank in federal court litigation seeking in excess of $200 million.
  • Recently tried to defense verdict a jury trial in a toxic tort case on behalf of a large national product manufacturer.
  • Successfully represented a famous sports agency in a significant business litigation whereby an internationally known athlete sought nearly $100 million in damages.
  • Represented one of the nation's largest utilities in a series of class actions and shareholder derivative actions alleging violations of federal securities laws and breaches of fiduciary duty, respectively.
